TBT Lesson #32

Christmas break, 1990, we loaded a five year old, a two year old, and a three month old in our new motor home and drove to North Carolina so the girls could play in snow. We set up camp in the Great Smoky Mountains at the Smokemont Campground just outside of Cherokee, North Carolina.

Of course, there was a little problem with this trip. How much time can three young children spend playing in the snow? And what would we do hanging out for an extended time in a small camper? Maybe not the best plan, but Meghan enjoyed bringing a snow ball to her kindergarten class on the first day back to school in January.
