Weigh-In Wednesday: Week 36

I can see light at the end of the tunnel. Only 2 tenths of a pound to go until I reach my upgraded goal of losing 26 pounds. I’ve done better exercising this week, walking while working, and then taking an eleven mile bike ride on Saturday.

I’m looking forward to the maintain phase of the weight loss plan. I know that statistics show that most people fail to  maintain their weight loss for a year, but I don’t intend to be one of those people.  Too many people holding me accountable. Hope to see that magic number when I step on the scale one day this week!
