Lots of good news this week on Weigh In Wednesday! First, I earned the Committed Badge for logging in every day for at least 8 weeks. Yes, I’m committed to Lose It as my main plan for weight loss success.
I also lost a half pound…not much, but I’m still making slow, steady progress. Best of all, I now have another Lose It partner. John’s on board logging daily and checking calories on meals. So this week I’m adding a partner to provide encouragement. I think this may be a real boost to my continued success!
